LOSRECAL  has set up warehouses in the United States. For other countries, please e-mail us your address at order@losrecal.com so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible. International orders may take 5-8 business days for shipping.

We employ the services of trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. All you need is to provide us with a correct street address (not a PO Box) and contact details when checkout.

• If you want to modify the shipping address or products, please contact our customer service within 12 hours after placing the order.
• Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering fromLOSRECAL, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders shipped except the United States may be charged import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be charged to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we can't control these charges and predict what they may be.
